Do I need to install anything?

No. You connect your Google Maps link once. We pull your reviews and turn them into your action list. No app, no plugin, no developer.

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes. We only read public reviews and analyze them with AI. Exactly what you'd do manually, just much faster. We don't filter, hide, or game any reviews.

How fast can I start?

Under 2 minutes. Sign up, paste your Google Maps URL, and your first ranked action list is ready immediately.

What about negative reviews?

Recurring complaints move to the top of your list, with a concrete step for each. For unanswered negative reviews there's a draft reply ready, so you can respond faster.

How much does it cost?

Start free for your first connected business. Paid plans start at €19/month for unlimited reviews and a fresh action list every week. Cancel anytime.

What if my business has only a few reviews?

We need at least 3 reviews before ranking anything makes sense. Once you have a handful you'll get a usable list, and the more reviews come in, the more reliable the ranking gets.

Do you store my customers' personal data?

We only store what's already publicly visible on your Google profile (review text and the reviewer's display name). Fully GDPR compliant.

Can my whole team see the action points?

Yes, the Team plan supports unlimited team members with role-based access. Owners, managers, and staff each get the right level of permissions.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export everything as CSV at any time. After cancellation we keep your data for 30 days, then it's permanently deleted.

Does it work for multiple locations?

Yes. Connect each Google Business location separately and switch between them in one dashboard. Pricing scales per location.

Can the AI also write replies for me?

Yes, for every unanswered review, AI suggests a personalized draft reply in your tone. One click to edit and post.

Is there a free trial?

How fresh is the data?

You can manually sync new reviews anytime. On paid plans we sync weekly, so your action list always reflects what's happening now.

Will I get notified when I get a bad review?

Yes, owners get an email the moment a new review at or below your alert threshold (default 3★) comes in. You can change the threshold and frequency under Settings → Notifications.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, sessions use httpOnly Secure cookies, and our database is hosted in the EU (MongoDB Atlas). Payments are handled by Stripe, we never see card numbers.

Does this only work for restaurants and cafés?

No, it works for any local business with Google reviews. Hotels, salons, dentists, garages, gyms, retail shops, B&Bs, anywhere customers leave Google reviews, ReviewTreats can turn them into a list.

I already read my reviews. What does this add?

Reading tells you what one customer thought. This tells you what two hundred of them add up to, ranked, so you know which problem is actually costing you stars and which one was a one-off. You also get a score for each part of your business, tracked month after month, so you can see whether the thing you changed in March actually worked.
